GES interdicts headmistress over alleged sale of ‘unauthorized’ items

The head of the school was interdicted on Thursday December 7, 2023, in a press release issued by the Eastern Regional Director of Education, Mrs. Ivy Asantewaa Owusu.

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has interdicted Patience Naki Mensah, the headmistress of the Ghana Senior High School in Koforidua in the Eastern Region, for allegedly selling unauthorized items to fresh students reporting to the school.

A press release issued by the Eastern Regional Director of Education, Mrs. Ivy Asantewaa Owusu, on Thursday December 7, 2023, interdicted the school head.

The statement directed the school head to step aside to give way for investigation into the allegation.
