Nigerian actor, Mr Ibu’s leg amputated after seven surgeries.

Nigerian comic actor John Okafor, popularly known as Mr Ibu, has had one of his legs amputated, the Okafor family has revealed.

The amputation of his leg was the last resort to keep the popular actor alive after he had undergone seven surgeries.

The family recently revealed that the actor, who has been unwell for sometime, successfully underwent five surgeries and was due to be flown abroad for further treatment soon.
