Paga District Police commander Superintendent Ahiamale transferred
Superintendent Ahiamale, until his transfer, was at the helm of the district police affairs for a little over 3 years.
The Paga District Commander of the Ghana Police Service, Superintendent Charles Ahiamale has been transferred, sources within the police have confirmed.
Superintendent Ahiamale, until his transfer, was at the helm of the district police affairs for a little over 3 years, leading the police to main law and order and joining border security agencies to protect Ghana’s territorial integrity.
The tenure of Superintendent Ahiamale faced many troubles including the Kajelo community disturbances which recorded some brutalities and destruction of property.
The senior police officer has reportedly been moved to the Bolgatanga District where he is expected to take up a new role.
His successor is not immediately known.
